    Ghee butter fat can be used in both cold and hot cuisine. Thanks to its high smoke point, it is a suitable fat for frying and baking. Clarified Ghee butter is valued primarily because it has a higher smoke point and does not form indigestible toxic substances during frying, as is the case with fats with a lower smoke point. It is naturally gluten-free.
