It is obtained from fatty ocean fish around Iceland using the latest technologies and procedures and in compliance with very strict hygiene rules.
Omega-3 food supplement is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). It has been proven that these acids play an important role in the treatment of civilization diseases. They improve blood circulation, support the cardiovascular and vascular system, normalize triglyceride levels, reduce high blood pressure and cholesterol. They have an anti-inflammatory effect. It also contributes to maintaining normal blood pressure, with a daily intake of at least 3 g of EPA and DHA acid, but must not exceed a supplementary intake of 5 g of the combination of EPA and DHA acid.
