Red Pu-erh tea is made from a broad-leaved variety of tea tree. The entire process of making pu-erh is still partly shrouded in mystery. The tea undergoes two fermentation processes and the older the tea, the better its quality and taste.

Red Pu-Erh tea is an extremely popular drink in diets aimed at losing weight due to its high content of theine and polyphenols.

Ingredients: Pu-Erh tea leaves (Camellia sinensis).

Storage: Store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight at temperatures of 6-25°C. Do not expose to frost or moisture.

Preparation: Pour 1 teaspoon of the mixture with 250ml of water at a temperature of 70-80˚C and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.

Best before date: date indicated on the seal.
