The supplement contains vitamin C in an extreme dose - 800 mg per 1 capsule, which corresponds to 1000% RDA. The vitamin contained is in the form of L-ascorbic acid with added citrus bioflavonoids and fatty acids = registered trademark Pureway-C® .
Why these added natural substances? Vitamin C does not occur alone in nature - in fruits, for example in citrus, it is accompanied by a complex of other substances, bioflavonoids, which have similar properties, enhance its effect and at the same time protect it against oxidation. The presence of vitamin C together with other antioxidant substances is given by nature and therefore natural for the body. The added fatty acids, in turn, facilitate the transport of the vitamin through the digestive tract and therefore more efficient absorption by the body.
