Introducing the legendary REDMOND REAL SALT™, also known as AMERICA'S PINK SALT™. This beloved ancient sea salt is still mined in Redmond, Utah, but now packaged in the UK.

Why did we make this change? In recent years, the cost of importing and manufacturing Real Salt has increased significantly, resulting in unattractive prices for consumers. In order to maintain product availability, we have decided to change the packaging from 737g to 1kg, in collaboration with our UK partner, with the full consent of the manufacturer Redmond.

This sea salt is unrefined and offers a subtle sweet-salty taste without chemical additives, added iodine (it naturally contains sufficient iodine) and free from free-flowing agents. It is ideal for home fermentation, as it adds a unique flavour to the final product.

Why choose Utah sea salt?

RealSalt™ contains only naturally occurring minerals (60+), extracted from one of the oldest natural sources on Earth, the ancient "Sundance Sea", which once covered the area where Redmond, Utah is now located. The second oldest source is Himalayan salt.
