OUR TIP - baked oatmeal with apple filling!

Hearty baked oatmeal that will fill you up perfectly.

For two servings we need:

120 g of grain (oats, wheat, barley, rye, millet)
2 - 3 maple syrup
250 ml plant milk
dried fruit
2 tablespoons peanut butter - can be other nut butter (walnut also tastes great)
cinnamon, gingerbread spice

Apple filling:

4 apples, diced
cinnamon
a little butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Preparation:
Process the dried grain in an electric flake maker Waldner Biotech Lisa pine.
Cut the dried fruit into small pieces. Mix the ingredients together, pour in the milk and transfer to a smaller mold or baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 22 minutes.
Decorate with apple filling, which we also bake in the oven/simmer under a lid. Sprinkle with roasted nuts.
