Yerba Maté Green - Energy, a blend of dried and crushed leaves of the Paraguayan holly (Llex paraguariensis) combined with a blend of other important herbs and fruits, will really kick you up for long hours and give your body the energy it needs. Mate comes from South America, where natives have been drinking or chewing it for its stimulating effects since long before our era, and from there, through Spanish and Portuguese sailors, it gradually spread to Europe and eventually to the whole world. Yerba mate contains the alkaloids caffeine, theobromine and theophylline, which, in combination with valuable amino acids, antioxidants, vitamins (A, C, group B), minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron, selenium, potassium, manganese, phosphorus, silicon) and trace elements, will beneficially refresh the body, provide a surge of new energy and help delay feelings of fatigue and exhaustion.

Camu Camu is a wild shrub originating from the Amazon region of South America, which is found in meadows along rivers and is extremely resistant to floods. Ingredients: 91% Yerba Maté leaves (Ilex paraguariensis), dried Camu Camu berries, coriander seeds, horsetail, Gunpowder green tea, dried elderberry fruits, Siberian ginseng root, natural aroma.

Storage: Store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight at temperatures of 6-25 ° C. Do not expose to frost or moisture.

Preparation: Pour 2-3 tablespoons of Yerba Maté with 350 ml of water at a temperature of 70-80˚C and let it steep for 3 minutes. Yerba Maté can be steeped repeatedly (up to 6 times).
