Buckwheat is a pseudocereal that entered the diet of our ancestors in the Middle Ages and has remained there thanks to its unique nutritional properties. It contains a large amount of minerals such as zinc, copper, selenium, manganese and other trace elements. Of the vitamins, it contains vitamins of group B - B1, B2, B3, as well as vitamins C and E. Buckwheat is popular not only for its specific nutty taste, but also for its high protein content, rutin (vitamin P) and its warming character. The complex carbohydrates of buckwheat are released into the body gradually and are therefore a suitable source of energy.

Ingredients: Organic peeled buckwheat groats, GLUTEN FREE (gluten content < 20 mg/kg)

Use and preparation: Buckwheat groats are excellent for preparing risottos, as a side dish for meat and vegetable dishes, they can be added to salads, meatballs, baked in various savory and sweet variations, used to make breakfast porridge (you can boil them longer), etc. You can also grind buckwheat into flour and use it, for example, for pancakes, cookies, and sourdough breads.
