Naked barley in organic quality is a lesser-known cereal with a high fiber content (a large part is soluble fiber, so-called betaglucans), which has a beneficial effect on our digestion. It contains a lot of protein, B group vitamins and minerals. It has a low glycemic index, so it will keep you full for a long time. The content of these substances in naked barley grains is even higher than that of fluffy barley, namely because it no longer needs to be processed by peeling.

Ingredients: organic emmer wheat

Use and preparation: Cook barley according to the basic preparation in salted water and you have a great side dish to your meals, use it in pilafs, risottos, add it to vegetable salads, meatballs or make sweet porridge from it. Barley can also be used for grinding. Rinse the grain and soak for 10-12 hours. Then cook in new water for 45-60 minutes.

Allergens: The product may contain gluten, nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame due to food processing using the cross-country method.
