Buckwheat is a pseudocereal that entered the diet of our ancestors in the Middle Ages and has remained there thanks to its unique nutritional properties. It contains a large amount of minerals such as zinc, copper, selenium, manganese and other trace elements. Of the vitamins, it contains vitamins of group B - B1, B2, B3, as well as vitamins C and E. Buckwheat is popular not only for its specific nutty taste, but also for its high protein content, rutin (vitamin P) and its warming character. The complex carbohydrates of buckwheat are released into the body gradually and are therefore a suitable source of energy.

Ingredients: Organic peeled broken buckwheat groats, GLUTEN FREE (gluten content < 20 mg/kg)

Use and preparation: Buckwheat groats are a great base for making meatballs, patties, sweet and savory baked goods. You can use them to make breakfast porridge, thicken soups, replace breadcrumbs, make spreads, etc. You can also add them to sourdough breads or sprinkle them on bread before baking. Buckwheat has a wide range of uses.
