Ingredients: organic hulled oat beans

Use and preparation: We recommend adding cooked oat grains to fruit and vegetable salads, you can use it as a side dish to dishes, and when cooked until soft, it will serve as a great base for spreads. Rinse the grain and soak it for 10-12 hours. Then cook in new water for 30-60 minutes. You can also grind the grain into flour.

Allergens: The product may contain gluten, nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame due to food processing using the cross-country method.
