Ingredients: organic red wheat
Use and preparation: You can grind red wheat into flour and bake pastries, pancakes, or coarsely grind it when cooking semolina. After cooking, red wheat can be used in salads, soups, baked dishes, as a side dish, etc. For even better digestibility, soak the wheat for 12-24 hours in salted water with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Close the container. This will "ferment" the wheat and improve the absorption of all nutrients. After grinding, wheat is suitable for baking bread, making pasta, baking cookies, pancakes, etc. For the preparation of traditional leavened pastries, a combination with regular wheat flour is recommended. Wheat is also suitable for germination and its color will enliven any dish.
