Triple Vitamin C contains vitamin C in three forms - ascorbyl palmitate (ester-C), ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate, supplemented with camu camu powder. Vitamin C is necessary for the daily functioning of the body and especially during heavy exertion. Ascorbic acid is a commonly used form of vitamin C, but it is not well known that its absorption by the body varies depending on the amount consumed. It is absorbed into the body through the active transport process and also by passive diffusion. At low concentrations in the gastrointestinal tract, active transport prevails, while at higher concentrations the body absorbs the vitamin only by passive diffusion = the absorption rate decreases. If we want to achieve higher concentrations of ascorbic acid in the bloodstream, it is advisable to supplement with other forms = combinations with ascorbyl palmitate and sodium ascorbate.

The three forms of vitamin C are supplemented with powder from the fruits of camu camu, a plant found in South America. Here, ascorbic acid occurs in a naturally bound form called ascorbigen, and other antioxidants and flavonoids are also present.
