Yerba Maté Green - Red Berries a mixture of dried and crushed leaves of the Paraguayan holly (Llex paraguariensis) mixed with exotic fruits combines excellent taste, captivating aroma and stimulating effect. Mate comes from South America, where natives drank or chewed it for its stimulating effects long before our era, and from there, through Spanish and Portuguese sailors, it gradually spread to Europe and eventually to the whole world. Yerba maté contains a combination of three stimulants - caffeine, theobromine and theophylline, also known as mateine.

Yerba Maté Green – Red Berries

Ingredients: 91% Yerba Mate leaves (Ilex paraguariensis), strawberry leaf, goji berries, orange peel, dried fruits: mulberries, cranberries, currants, raspberries; natural flavor

Storage: Store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight at temperatures of 6-25°C. Do not expose to frost or moisture.

Preparation: Pour 2-3 tablespoons of Yerba Maté with 350ml of water at a temperature of 70-80˚C and let it steep for 3 minutes. Yerba Maté can be poured repeatedly (up to 6 times).
